How to Heat: Air fry frozen, preheat at 400 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes or deep fry until golden, this is less likely to leak out the filling.
Conventional oven - preheat to 400 degrees, place cookie sheet in bottom rack, place frozen empanadas directly in ti middle rack, bake for 15 - 20 minutes. May leak if oven is to hot.
Let them cool for 2 - 3 minutes.
